Right click on one of your camera media clips

Select New Sequence From Clip

This will create a new sequence (note the different icon)

Select inside the sequence and rename it to something more related to your project

The Editing Mode will be based on which camera you have used and it's codec settings

The main focus to check here is:

Timebase = 25 frames

Frame Size = 1920 x 1080 (16:9)

Pixel Aspect Ratio = Square Pixels (1.0)
