The image to the left shows the best frame for you to have the best visual through your camera on the computer to give the recipient of your Skype or Live Cross-connection, the screen presence and engaging shot.

Some webcams by design give a very wide angle of view. If you find this with yours, then set up the camera with your eye-line, just slightly higher than the camera's position on the laptop or PC.

This may mean that the Laptop is positioned on several books to raise it so that when the laptop screen is opened, the camera is at the correct position.
