Firstly, export your final files as per the usual assessment screening export settings:
H.264 - High bitrate
Save the file with the following naming convention:
MR-PEEL-RD01-200808
Key:
MR– Match Report
PEEL– Team
RD01– Round
200808 – Date Filmed
Other labeling conventions for individual exports you will have to submit are:
HL_ - Highlights package
Export to the EXPORT folder :
Create a folder for the round you are currently working on, ensure that it follows the standard as set in the image (beginning with the date: yymmdd_PEEL_RD_xx)
Select this folder for your export location.
Once it has finished exporting you MUST spot check the file to ensure no errors, things to look for: first and last frames of vision are as they should be, audio is in sync, aspect ratio is correct, etc.
Log into the following Google account:
Email Address: peelthundercurtin@gmail.com
Password: Peelthunder2020
Go to Google Drive
Right click in empty space and select
Upload folder
Navigate to the folder with this weeks exported deliveries
Once the folder full of goodies is uploaded please send an email to the following for approval:
