The Aputure LS60X has a smaller profile to the Aputure LS C120D Mark II, also found at the Store. The LS60X is a 60 watt bi-colour fixture that excels in many lighting scenarios, equivalent to 750 lux. It also has a Spot and Flood control over the light.
This Light is available within a Kit containing 3 of these lights with Stands and attachments for Mains or Battery operation within a case on wheels for easy mobility. This allows easy 3-point lighting setups for Film or Video productions, scenarios where lighting effects are needed and can also be used as ‘Fill’ for Lighting in larger scale cinema productions.
This fixture is capable of changing from 2700K to 6500K (Bi-Color) and has built in spot/flood controls, from 15 to 45 degrees.
The LS60X Light also has full support through the Sidius link app (see below) which allows full use of the Light through your mobile phone App, to assist in your production.
The LS60X is available for loan in all Units, who are studying ScreenArts at Curtin University.
This Light now replaces the Tungsten {Hot Light} JET Lighting Kit that has been in use till Semester 1 2022.
The LS60X operates on AC Mains power, or for those outdoor Productions, a V-Mount Battery can be attached to give approximately 90mins of operation on 100% output with 1 Battery.
