Bump out must be completed immediately after the final show. All cast, crew and the student director are required to assist in the completion of bump out. This checklist must be downloaded, completed and emailed to the Production Coordinator. For all items not completed, a detailed reason must be given.

Set items returned to storage
Is there a plan for large items that cannot be immediately removed? Provide details. No items may be left on the stage or in the green room.
Props area cleared
All props returned to where they came from
Green room cleared of costumes.
Hayman costumes being laundered.
Lint filter of tumble dryer cleaned.
Plan for completion of laundry and costume storage? Provide details.
Lights de-rigged, unpatched and stored, if not being used for the next show.
Bio box clean and tidy, all rubbish removed.
Green room and dressing rooms clean and tidy, rubbish removed, surfaces wiped down or paper covers changed, floor swept or vacuumed as necessary.
All access ways clear.
