Logging into Premiere Pro 2024

As you open Premiere Pro, it will ask you for access to the ‘Documents, ‘Desktop’ and 'Downloads’ folders.

Click ‘OK’ for all.

 

 

There will be a login prompt, asking for your email. Please type your student email, using your student ID, rather than student name; that is,<12345678@student.curtin.edu.au>

 

This will load another popup in which you must now enter your Student number and password.

 

If you get an error message saying “AUTHENTICATION FAILED”, speak to the post-production support specialist.

 

In case of an error while loading up Premiere Pro make sure you are logged into Adobe Creative Cloud application. Navigate to the Adobe Creative Cloud by searching it up in Finder or clicking on the icon in the top right corner (if it’s grey [see the image below], it means you are not logged in). Follow the instructions above and once signed in - open Premiere Pro 2024.
