PrP - Adding An SRT File

Either simply drag and drop the .srt file from its folder location into the Project Panel of Premiere Pro, OR…

Select ‘File’ > ‘Import’

Navigate to where the .srt file is located and click

‘Import’.

The .srt file will appear in your Project Panel.

Drag and drop the .srt file from the Project Panel onto the sequence in your timeline.

A seperate 'C' track will appear with your captions or subtitles.
