CINE GIMBALS

With the use of Gimbals for 2nd and 3rd Year Screen Arts students, the MCASI Store requires a minimum of 3 hours for turnaround time between the Gimbal being returned and collected for another booking. Please allow for this when Booking.

At the MCASI Store counter, there will be a need to test the Gimbal after each use as a way of inspection when it is returned.

The DJI RS3 Pro is an advanced gimbal for use with the Sony FX6 camera. This gimbal features many modern comforts for ease of use, such as wireless focus control, wireless video capabilities and electronically locking axis. The RS3 Pro has a max payload of 4.5KG.

A compliance workshop MUST be undertaken by at least 2 students in your group to be able to use this gimbal. The Director of Photography and 1st Camera Assistant must be trained in this gimbal.
