Your project may require you to fill out appendices such as a weapons appendix, a Fatigue management Management plan, an intimacy and nudity appendix, a working with minors appendix, and vehicles and driving appendix. All appendixes can be found on the Wiki under the Risk Assessment Appendices. |
2. I have submitted my concept approval, what happens next? |
Once you have submitted the form your tutor/ supervising academic will be notified. Please keep an eye on your student email account for concept approval. The project will either be approved as low risk, returned for amendments, a risk assessment will be requested or it will be declined. |
3. How do I return to my saved Concept Proposal or Risk Assessment form? |
To return to your saved Concept Proposal or Risk Assessment, you need to go to your FORM DASHBOARD and look at the ‘ASSIGNED TO YOU’ (highlighted in RED) button under ‘your forms and tasks' (highlighted in yellow)  |
