Connect phone to MAC using appropriate cable.

Turn your phone on and unlock it (the PC can’t find the device if it’s locked). |

Once plugged in the phone may have a pop-up that prompts you to allow access to the computer. |
Type ‘Photos’ into the search box on the taskbar - open the Photos app.
Your phone should automatically connect, otherwise select ‘Import’ from the top bar in the photos app and navigate through to your phone.

The content may take a while to load (particularly if you have a lot of media on your phone) Be patient. |
Select the media you would like to import.
Choose the location of the destination for import (on the MCASI Server).
Select ‘confirm’ to move the media.
