Connect phone to MAC using appropriate cable.

Turn your phone on and unlock it (the PC can’t find the device if it’s locked). |

Once plugged in the phone may have a pop-up that prompts you to allow access to the computer. |
Type ‘Photos’ ‘Photos’ into the search box on the taskbar - open the Photos app.
Your phone should automatically connect, otherwise select ‘Import’ ‘Import’ from the top bar in the photos app and navigate through to your phone.

Select the media you would like to import.
Choose the location of the destination for import (on the MCASI Server).
Select ‘confirm’ to move the media.
