SiSo BOOKING PROCEDURE The information below outlines the process for using SiSo to book a session in the production office to discuss and/or finalise Project Approval Forms, Field Safety and Risk Assessment Forms, and other Equipment and Facilities Forms. 2. Log in with Oasis credentials. | |
Booking |
3. Select Find Rooms
| |
4. Locate Production Office and select Add to Basket. |
5. Select Date and Times then select Check Availability. | |
6. You're booking has been made (shown in green) and you will receive an email with the details. |
Note: If you receive an error message, please modify your dates as it is likely there is another booking at the same time. | |
Cancelling & Editing a Booking | |
1. Go to My Bookings | |
2. Select the booking you wish to cancel or edit. | |
3. Select Cancel or Edit | |
4. Select Cancel Booking to cancel. | |
5. You can edit dates and times here if required. | |
Troubling Shooting | |
1. If you're booking is red instead of green it means that there is a problem with your booking eg. a double booking or incorrect days/times. | |
2. Tap on your booking and select Resolve to change your booking request. SiSo will provide Suggested Times (therefore next available) to assist you. | |
When you are finished, log out of SiSo |
