Students will need to request permission to access the Curtin Network before following on with the rest of the steps, follow this helpful guide.

After permission has been granted you will need to download and install the Curtin approved VPN (Cisco AnyConnect) - Instructions:

To remote control your work computer follow this guide

In Finder, go to Go from the drop-down menu select Connect to Server…

Shortcut = (cmd)⌘+K

Type in the path as follows:

Mac: smb://son1.curtin.edu.au/ftv

Win: \\son1.curtin.edu.au\ftv

Enter your credentials

Name = Staff ID

You will now have access to the ftv drive
