Firstly, export your final files as per the usual assessment screening export settings:
H.264 - High bitrate
Save the file with the following naming convention:
MR-PEEL-RD01-200808
Key:
MR– Match Report
PEEL– Team
RD01– Round
200808 – Date Filmed
Other labelling conventions for individual exports you will have to submit are:
HL_ - Highlights package
Export to the EXPORT folder :
Create a folder for the round you are currently working on, ensure that it follows the standard as set in the image (beginning with the date: yymmdd_PEEL_RD_xx)
Select this folder for your export location.
Once it has finished exporting you MUST spot check the file to ensure no errors, things to look for: first and last frames of vision are as they should be, audio is in sync, aspect ratio is correct, etc.
Log into the following Google account:
Email Address: peelthundercurtin@gmail.com
Password: Peelthunder2020
Go to Google Drive
Right click in empty space and select
Upload folder
Navigate to the folder with this weeks exported deliveries, select Upload
Right-click on the uploaded folder and select Get Link
Choose Anyone with the link and then Copy link
