Booking the Production Studio to practice and rehearse your production |

Between Weeks 7 and 11, SPRO2000 students can book the Production Studio to practice and rehearse their final assessment productions as per the guidelines below.
Maximum Booking Duration | 4 Hours | Maximum Booking Duration limits how long a booking can be made for. Calculated in physical hours. |

Minimum Booking Duration | 1 hour | Minimum Booking Duration is the minimum length of time a booking has to be made for. |
Maximum Booking Notice | 7 Days | A specified duration of time within which a booking can be made, this is to limit how far in the future a booking can be made. |
Maximum Booking Allowance | 1 booking every 12 hours | Maximum Booking Allowance per asset per user within number of hours. The system will check to see if the user has booked any of the assets in the group exceeding this Booking Allowance. |
