The FilmTools 3- cup, Sticky Car Mount is a versatile rigging option for achieving video footage through the windscreen, boot or roof of a vehicle.
The MCASI Store will assist you in booking this workshop.
Users are required to attend a compliance workshop, four (4) group members MUST attend; the D.O.P and the camera assistant need to be in this group.
To use the car mount, students MUST complete the Vehicles and Driving Appendix which MUST be endorsed and approved by the MCASI Production Office.
The car mount cannot be used on a Public Road unless the relevant local authority has approved a Traffic Management Plan - for details please follow up with the MCASI Production Office.
When using the car mount, the vehicle MUST not exceed more than 20km/hr.
