With the use of Gimbals for 2nd and 3rd Year Screen Arts students, the MCASI Store requires a minimum of 3 hours for turnaround time between the Gimbal being returned and collected for another booking. Please allow for this when Booking.

At the MCASI Store counter, there will be a need to test the Gimbal after each use as a way of inspection when it is returned.

The DJI RS3 is a feature-packed high-end gimbal for use with the Sony FX30. This gimbal has wireless focus capabilities and a payload of 3KG.

A compliance workshop MUST be undertaken by at least 2 students in your group to be able to use this gimbal. The Director of Photography and 1st Camera Assistant must be trained in this gimbal.
