Please note that for legal reasons, all equipment loans are made under the relevant Curtin University Policy MCASI STORE USE POLICY & PROCEDURES.


If you discover that the equipment you have borrowed is faulty in some way, or you experience problems in its operation, it is essential that you report the fault to the MCASI Store on returning the equipment. Fill out an Equipment Problem/Incident Form, making note of the exact nature of the fault or operation problem, and the circumstances under which it occurred.


If you need help, remember that you have access to technical support, and that the staff are here to help you. Please respect your equipment and treat it as if it were your own.  Equipment is expensive and easily damaged through negligent or careless use. Return the equipment in the same state that you would wish to receive it. It could be your shoot that is ruined or frustrated by faulty equipment.
