STUDENT PERMISSION TO SCREEN


Permission to Copy and Communicate Student Work For your student projects to be considered for the Curtin Razor end of year screening or for any other Curtin promotional event such as Open Day, every group member MUST complete and submit a Licence To Use Student Work. This form (links below) grants Curtin MCASI Screen Arts a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to copy and/or communicate copies of your works, or extracts of your works, for non-commercial educational or promotional/publicity purposes.

Licence To Use Student Work (non-commercial)	To be filled out by all students. (if under 18, you will need to provide an email address of a parent/guardian so we can send them a copy of the agreement for signing)
