Filming on Campus
Please allow a minimum of a 4 day turn around for the confirmation and approval of all bookings on campus.
Specialist Areas
For areas, such as lecture theatres, classroom/offices, outdoor settings, parking lot, this will need to be booked on your behalf by the MCASI Production Office via Room Bookings. All intended filming locations should be listed in your Concept Proposal. Exact building/room numbers and reference photos are recommended.
Robertson Library
Students who want to film/take photographs in the library must email libraryhelp@curtin.edu.au with the following information at least 36 hours before the film date and CC in the MCASI Production Office so they are aware of this progress.
When
Date and times for intended film activity, including duration
What is the activity for
what unit/assignment
What equipment do the students intend to use
How many people will be involved in the activity
Confirmation that other users of the library will not be filmed
And other relevant details - a small description about what, who, where you intend to film
Venues - Guild, Retai stores, Cafes, The Tav
The venues below have their own permission/filming request applications.
