To select all clips on a track - double click in the empty space of that track (in between two clips) | |
From the drop down menu at the top of screen select: Clip > Match Clip Loudness... | |
By default it will be set to ITU-R BS.1770-3 Loudness - This will give the best results based on perceived loudness Match to: There are a number of other options for normalising from the drop down menu (Peak Amplitude would have been the old school method for normalising clips) Select OK | |
You will now see at the bottom left of each clip the amount of gain (dB) that each clip has been increased or decreased by | |
To make additional fine tuning changes, select an individual clip from the timeline Go to the properties tab on the left of screen and make the changes under Basic Settings | |
