To open up the scopes, navigate to the right side of the screen and click on the graph icon.

This will bring up one of four main scopes:

  1. Parade

  2. Waveform

  3. Vectorscope

  4. Histogram

There is also one more scope:

  1. CIE Chromaticity

You can change the scope by clicking on the down arrow.

You can find an overview of each scope below!

You can also expand the scopes, which will detach it from the panel and put it in a seperate window with four scopes that you can observe at once.

It also allows you to put that window on your second monitor (if available) for easy access.

You can adjust the window to your needs by changing the placement of each scope.

Click on the down arrow next to the scope you wish to change and select a new one.

Waveform

Views the image from left to right with the darkest values at the bottom and brightest values at the top.

Parade

Exactly the same as the waveform (left to right, top to bottom) but separated into its individual Red, Green, and Blue values.

Vectorscope

Measures the hue and saturation values of an image. The further from the centre the more saturated the colours are. A small dot in the centre is a black and white image.

In its settings menu, you can check the ‘Show Skin Tone indicator’ to assist with adjusting the skin tones in the image.

Histogram

Views how many pixels of each brightness value from darkest (0) to brightest (100), are present in the image displayed, viewed as individual RGB values.

Where the Histogram differs from Waveform and Parade, is that the darkest value (0) is on the left of screen and brightest value (100) is on the right of screen.
