Multiview Monitoring

TC1’s inbuilt multivew monitoring is a powerful tool. There are x3 monitors in the control room (Two 55 inch Sony wall mounted monitors and one 28 inch Asus desktop interface monitor) each with the ability to configure a preset layout from the “workspaces” menu. Once a desired multiview workspace is chosen then each window can be populated with custom input sources.

The on-screen multiview layout of each of the monitors is configurable via the “workspaces” menu on the interface monitor (discussed further below). Further to this, each source displayed in the Multiview can be configured uniquely.

Simply move the workstation 2 operators mouse over to the source on either Multiview 2 or 3 and right click on the window, a list of available inputs will populate and select the source you want to be displayed in that window.

Besides the choice of layout, the Display Settings menu option opens the Display Settings panel, which offers resolution and Proc Amp controls. The Interface tab on the panel applies controls to the UI Multiviewer (or Multiview 1), and the Multiview tab applies controls to the external Multiviewer (or Multiview 2). These Proc Amp controls apply to the entire group of monitors in the selected tab.

Note – The mutliview setup and routing of sources in particular windows will be left as you last configured when opening and closing sessions.
