Use the Playhead to scrub through the clips on your timeline. | |
Use the Marker button (M) to add a marker to the clip on which the Playhead is currently placed.In the example, a green marker is placed directly above playhead. | |
Use I and O keys to set IN and OUT marks on the clip on which the Playhead is currently placed. | |

Click the menu button next to the sequence name.Select Start Time... | |
Set start time to 00:59:39:00 (you can type 593900 and hit enter).Select 'Set as default for future sequences'Click OK. | |
This sets the start time code of your sequence to 59 minutes and 39 seconds. | |
