Where as most of the inputs are free and ready to be plugged in, the outputs are already patched to mixes coming from the Yamaha CL3.

Some of these should be left as is, but anything that is not physically patched in can be reassigned to whatever mix you may require. Check the Aux Sends / Mix Minus / IFB page for how the audio outputs work and what each send has on it.
