SiSo BOOKING PROCEDURE

The information below outlines the process for using SiSo to book specialist 'technology-based' support for your technology-based assignment in FASH2003 Technology & Dress. If you have any questions, contact your tutor.



Go to SiSo.

Log in with Oasis credentials.



The Siso Welcome Page opens up.

Click 'Find Rooms'


The SiSo Room Booking window opens up


To check Asset info click the 'i' button.


This opens the 'Asset Info' pop-up window.

Make note of booking restrictions.

Click 'Close' to close.

Click 'Add to Basket'


The selection will turn green indicating it is in the basket.


If you need to remove an item from basket, click 'Remove from Basket' on the item you wish to remove.


Once your item has been added to the basket, click 'Book Item' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In the calendar that pops up, all white areas are bookable times, while all blue and red areas are NOT bookable.



Select your booking day and time by click/drag selecting the boxes with your required time.

You can book for 15 minutes (min) or 60 minutes (max).

Use the calendar buttons at the top of the window to select a different week.



BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

Please remember you can maximum book a session 7 days prior, and must book minimum 24 hours prior

To clear booking parameters, click 'Reset'.

Insert booking notes to assist the Production Office. The more precise the information, the better!

Ensure you are aware of the Terms and Conditions

Check 'I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of service'.

Click 'Finish'.

You will get a booking confirmation.

Click 'Finish'

Check your email for your booking receipt, and double check that your booking details are correct.


To edit, check or get more information on your bookings, navigate back to the 'Welcome' window by clicking 'Welcome' in top left of screen.

Click 'My Bookings'

Use the slider to...

...slide Date and Time into view to check your booking details

SiSo keeps track of Missed Bookings, which are highlighted in yellow in your 'My Bookings' window

Click 'Cancel' to cancel a booking.

This must be done at least 24 Hours Prior.

A booking closer than 24 hours cannot be cancelled.

Enter the reason for the cancellation.

Click 'Finish' to finalize cancellation.

SiSo flashes a green cancellation confirmation across the top of the screen.

Below are some common SiSo booking errors

SiSo does not allow bookings to be made more than 7 days in the future.

SiSo does not allow bookings to be made with less than 24 hours notice.
