Guide for Direct Transfer onto USB from Android

 

  1. Plug SD Card Adapter with SD card in it or USB adapter with USB in it, into phone port (make sure it is one compatible with your phone’s connection point – most likely USB-C or Micro USB). The phone may take a few moments to detect the card or drive.

  2. Go into your phone’s settings and select ‘Storage’ or similar. You will be able to see the connected device.

  3. Go into ‘Internal Storage’ and navigate to where your media is.

  4. Select the media you want to copy, then press the '…' at the top of the screen, then ‘Copy to…’

  5. Click on the triple lines, at the top of the screen and select the SD Card or USB drive.

  6. Click ‘Copy’.
