1.3.D - Submitting Your Work

Curtin University currently requires students to export Production Assignments to the MCASI Production Server (Isilon).  A post-production specialist will run through the procedures for assignment submission, which is also available on the Curtin MCASI Production Wiki.

Allocation of Production Folders on the MCASI Production Server (Isilon) will be done via HAL.

In conjunction with your Tutor/Lecturer, you will be allocated to assignment groups and one person in the group will be assigned the role of Producer. It is the Producer's responsibility to access the Assignment Folder set-up application HAL, set up a folder on the MCASI Production Server (Isilon), and give assignment group members access to this Production Folder.

All production work submitted for assessment for any unit in the Department of Screen Arts must be supplied in the standard format for the year and unit and be accompanied by all necessary paperwork relating to health and safety, location agreements or shooting permits, copyright clearance forms, actors and participants clearances or permits, including the IDENT SLATE.
