  • The MCASI post-production edit suites are located on both the 1st and 2nd floor of building 208.


  • Post-production facilities can be booked for 4-hour blocks. Booking is ESSENTIAL.


  • If you want to book an edit suite please go HERE or contact the MCASI Store.


  • Please be aware that the Colour Correction Suite and the Post-Production Audio Suite require permission from tutors/unit coordinators.


  • It is advisable to talk to a post-production specialist before you use any of these facilities - so contact Adam.

Selecting Output Modes

You may wish to listen to audio from the large "theater" speakers on the floor stands or the smaller "near-field" monitors on the desk. You can select either output using the Mac's System Preferences:

  1. Go to the Apple Menu and select System Preferences


2. Select Sound from the menu options


3. Select Headphones to hear audio from the desk monitors. Select EVO4 to hear audio through the floor speakers. When selecting the desk monitors, make sure that the Denon Amplifier is set to DIRECT TAPE.
