3.1 - Creating the Music Yourself
There are number of software packages that allow you to create your own music, a good example in this case is the music creation software “Garage Band” (Figure 1.). As part of the licensing of this software the sound samples have been paid for so you are able to create your own compositions. You can buy additional samples; it’s the composition that you create with those samples that are your original work.

You must check:
The software used to create your music, includes the samples that come with the software.
Other samples that you may find on the Internet are ‘royalty free’ or have credited source.
The samples are not from another licensed source.
Your credits could have you credit as you creating the music using particular software or your name as the credited composer of the work.
