18. Performance day protocol

On performance day, everyone involved in a show should enter and exit the Hayman Theatre using Theatre 2 entry door only. Do not come in through the foyer.
Your stage manager will inform you of the call time for the show, typically one hour before the scheduled performance start time. Ensure you are on time for your call.
Cast or crew are not permitted in the foyer within 45 minutes of the start of a show.
After the performance, audience members may meet cast and crew in the foyer only. Please inform friends and family that they should wait for you in the foyer after the show. Audience members are not permitted on stage or in the backstage areas, due to health and safety issues.
