9. Maintaining security

All after-hours access (outside the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. On arrival, contact Curtin Security (9266 4444) to gain access. You may be required to show your student card.

When using the theatre after hours, security must be maintained. Lock the door when you enter the building, and only let in people from your production. Do not open the door to anyone else, including other Hayman students, friends or family.

When walking around campus, try to walk with company, especially at night. If friends or colleagues aren’t available, the Security Pedestrian Escort Service can escort you to your car, other parts of campus or to student housing villages. Contact Security to request an escort.
