8. Bump out

A full bump out needs to be completed immediately after your final show and involve everyone who worked on the show, including performers.

A bump out checklist is available on the Hayman Wiki, and is included in this booklet.

Failure to bump out immediately will inconvenience other theatre users and be reflected in the relevant students’ marks.

Please communicate with other shows around yours if they are using any of the set, props or costumes in your show. 

Talk to Stephen about where some technical and set items may need to go.
