3. Booking rehearsal spaces

Available rehearsal spaces are the Theatre 1, Theatre 2, and the Dance Studio. The maximum time for a Lunchtime/Sunday Night Theatre production is four hours per day across all venues. For a class assignment, maximum time allowed is one hour per day. Longer bookings are permitted for Major productions.
Venues MUST be booked and access times strictly adhered to. Remember to factor in enough time to set up beforehand and tidy up afterwards.
Spaces can also be booked for technical work.
Working alone is a health and safety hazard and is not permitted. You must have at least one other person (staff or student) with you at all times.
Remember that space is in high demand. Make sure you only book the time you will use and cancel a booking as soon as you know you won’t need it. Don’t book a bunch of time “just in case.”
