My show file won't open from the desktop

Problem

When trying to open a Vista show file from the desktop, you get an error message and the show file won't open. 

Solution

Vista can have trouble opening a show file from the desktop. Open Vista using the "Vista2" icon on the desktop, then follow the prompts to open your show file.

Do not save shows to the desktop. Use this file path to access and save shows: System (C:) -> Vista 2 document -> Vista data -> Shows
